you to know that he values you and your business and looks forward to
seeing your piano soon.
As we begin to book appointments
and provide service, we ask that all of our customers review the
following information. It’s our way of letting you know what
we’re doing to help keep you safe and what you can do to help
us do our job safely.
Rescheduling
due to illness.
If
you or anyone in your house is feeling ill, please reschedule. We
will be doing the same and also monitoring our temperatures on a
daily basis.
Here’s
what we’ll be doing to keep you safe during your
appointment.
Your safety is our highest priority!
We will be sanitizing all of our tools before and after each appointment
We will be cleaning and sanitizing your piano per the Piano Technicians Guild and your piano manufacturer’s recommendations.
We will be wearing a facemask & practicing social distancing.
We will request you please leave a $150. check made out to Scott Johnson or cash payment on the piano)
We will be adhering to all local/state and national regulations.
We will be washing our hands prior to beginning work on your piano.
Here’s
what you can do to make your tuning appointment productive and
pleasurable and also help keep all of us safe.
Please confirm your payment method with the technician before the appointment. Make a list of any piano issues you would like addressed and share them ahead of time. If there are issues with any of your piano keys, let us know and leave a sticky note on the specific key(s).
Please make sure you and all others present adhere to social distancing recommendations and are wearing a mask. Please keep the area where the piano is located free of any children or pets.
Please do not schedule any other maintenance services, cleaning services, lawn services/etc. at the same time as the tuning.
Please remove all objects placed on top of the piano. Remove any sheet music, trinkets, knick knacks, pictures, and any other items from the piano and keep them away from the technician’s workspace.
